E-Statements

You can elect to receive your monthly statements via the internet and have free access to your check copies anytime you want. It’s faster than snail mail, it’s more secure and most of all it’s free! To sign up, just click here on E-Statements.

VISA Check Card

It’s more readily accepted than checks. Withdraw cash and make purchases with the ease and convenience of our Check Card. You may use it anywhere VISA is accepted. 24-7, no more fumbling for cash, just swipe and go! Also did you know that it is FREE for you to get cash back when you use your VISA Check Card during a purchase. That’s right totally FREE, no ATM fees from us or the ATM owner. Remember that the next time you are buying groceries or at any store using your Check Card or ATM Card.

Credit Union Service Centers/ “Shared Branching”

As a GFCU member you can conduct transactions at over 3,950 Credit Union Service Centers throughout the United States and 6 foreign countries. Credit Union Service Centers offer deposits and withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, share to share transfers and extended hours including Saturdays. They are free and convenient. WEBPAY

An online bill payment and presentment service. You can avoid paying for stamps and envelopes by paying and receiving all of your monthly bills online. It’s fast, convenient and easy. To sign up, just click here on WEBPAY.

Direct Deposit and Allotments

It’s a free and convenient way to have your paycheck, Social Security, pension and other funds automatically deposited into your Share Savings or Share Draft Checking Account. You can pick up your company’s Direct Deposit form or use ours by clicking on Direct Deposit Form. Our routing or ABA number is 2514-8192-8.

If you have ordered checks from GFCU in the past you can now access Harland Clarke online and view their catalog to place your own orders anytime of day, 7 days a week.

Child and Teen Accounts

Child and Teen Accounts are also known as Guardian Angel Accounts. Your child learns how to manage money at an early age! Members 10-17 years of age are eligible for these accounts and services. Some limitations may apply. Guardian Angel Shares Savings, Share Draft Checking, ATM, Debit Card, Name it What You Want Club 50, Share Certificates, Christmas Club, Platinum VISA Card, ATM’s, My Accounts Online, CALL24, and e-Statements.

Capital Concepts is a financial firm based in Virginia Beach that has partnered with GFCU and can sit with you face to face in one of our branches to discuss what would best suit you and your family’s wealth management, such as investments, insurance and stocks and bonds.

Overdraft Line of Credit

Every Share Draft Checking should have one! This loan protects you should you accidentally make an error in your check book. It’s there to ensure your check will be covered so you won’t incur those nasty returned check fees from your mortgage company, the grocery store or anyone else.
